Les Babélous

The cottage Les Babélous, located on the heights of Lalevade-d'Ardèche, in a wooded environment is halfway between the Ardéchoise Mountain and the South Ardèche.
10 kms separates it from Aubenas and 7 kms from the thermal baths of Vals-les-Bains and Neyrac-Les-Bains.
The first thing holidaymakers admire when arriving is the view of the mountains.
The cottage is exposed to the rising sun, which allows you to enjoy the sun at breakfast and the shade of the garden and terrace in the middle of the afternoon.
It is on two levels. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a toilet and a storeroom. Upstairs, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bunk bed 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), bathroom.
The ground floor overlooks the terrace equipped with a garden furniture and a gas plancha.
A garden is located below, it has sun loungers, games for children (hut, slide, rocker) and gives access to the cellar where bicycles can be stored and where there are games (balls, molkky, mikados giants).
Parking is available on site, it is shared with the adjoining accommodation.
Next to the car park, it is good to play balls at the end of the day.
The beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided.
The cottage is ideally located for hiking (GR 100 meters) and to discover the villages of character of Jaujac, Meyras and Thueyts.
2 kms from the cottage, is a beach and supervised on the banks of the Ardèche (only in July and August) and a large shaded park. The greenway leaves from our town, we can see a beautiful structure with a bridge that crosses the Ardèche.
