Château inaugural exhibition : “Gérard Lattier, Ardèche mythologies””

The exhibition Gérard Lattier, mythologies ardéchoises presented at the Château brings together a collection of paintings that tell the story of the Ardèche as well as stories from the Ardèche. For Gérard Lattier, this land is a character in its own right, the land of childhood and of the ‘little people’ he knows and loves. His pictorial tales form a singular and unclassifiable body of work. The exhibition route includes the voice of the painter-storyteller, through audio listening in front of the works, as well as a filmed reflection on the place of the written word in his artistic work.
