Welcome to our gite, located less than 2 km and 4 minutes by car from the Séquoia Redwood thermal baths and SPA in Vals les Bains, and 11 km and 16 minutes from those in Neyrac.
A tourist town on the banks of the Ardèche river, where you can swim and bathe just 5 minutes' walk from the house, or across the road on the green and cycle paths and marked hiking trails.
Your new, unoverlooked, quiet, single-storey loft apartment offers 50 m2 of living space. It's bathed in light and greenery thanks to its 3 windows and double bay windows opening onto your east-facing wooden terrace for breakfast. To the south, where you can enjoy the deckchairs, a vast terrace overlooking the garden which slopes down to the river, and another tenelle nestling in the shade. Electric roller shutters, mosquito screens integrated into windows.
On the bathroom side, Italian shower with stone shower tray. A heated towel rail and fan heater are there for your comfort.
In the spacious living room, a piece of furniture separates the sleeping area with its 140x190 bed from the sitting area with its three-seater convertible sofa and armchairs facing the view of the treetops.
